Volunteering with your group can be fun, rewarding and incredibly impactful. Volunteering as a group can build teamwork, enhance employee morale, and set an organizational example of community engagement. Coordinating volunteer projects that benefit the group, the nonprofit and the nonprofit's clients actually requires a great deal of communication, planning, commitment and sometimes even a money to support the purchase of items or offset staff time dedicated to offering a high-quality volunteer experience.
