The Douglas County Human Services Coalition harnesses the collective power and expertise of Douglas County health and human services to better serve our community, build a seamless safety net, and address root causes of poverty and inequity. We meet monthly to discuss ongoing and emergent community needs and resources, engage in shared learning, and develop strategies for systems and program improvement. We are a supportive peer community working to make things better for the community we serve. The Coalition is convened by the United Way of Douglas County and the Douglas County Administrator's Office. The Human Service email list allows direct service providers, administrators, and funders to engage in ongoing conversations and collaborations.
