This workshop focuses on inclusion of strategies to operationalize DEI work with trauma-informed expert, Crystal Bennett. We are continuing the conversation about implicit bias and how they are not only harmful and hurtful, but its perpetuation of stereotypes and microaggressions can make it deadly. 

 Through the use of reflective activities, video clips, storytelling, and small/large group discussions, this workshop will provide a foundation for individuals and organizations to jumpstart their equity journey through an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens. 

A virtual option will be available for those who are unable to attend in person.
